Menu pagi ini : Nasi beriani Maggi version mama aqildini

Sebab masak nasi beriani : Hubby dah mula kelas master. Ini bermakna sebaik sahaja papa keluar mama memang tak leh jejak dapur untuk memasak. Menu ini sesuai untuk sarapan, lunch dan juga dinner (jika masih ada berbaki)

Kalau ikut instruction di belakang memang lagi mudah ada 3 steps je.Kalau saya masak saya ubahsuai sikit

Bahan-bahan
1 paket rempah beriani
Ayam dipotong kecil
Bawang besar (dadu)
Bawang putih
halia
rempah 3 beradik (kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, pelaga)
Carot (potong kecil2)
Cili hijau
Tomato (dadu)
Beras
Air


Step 1 : Tumis bawang besar, bawang putih, halia sampai kekuningan.


Step 2 : Masukkan rempah. Biar sampai naik bau (letak air sikit supaya tak hangit)


Step 3 : Masukkan ayam. Kacau rata dengan rempah dan biarkan seketika (kalau my mom dia guna istilah "kecut" kan ayam tu)


Step 4 : Masuk semua sayur, beras dan air. Bolehla ditinggalkan sehingga masak


Saya guna beras biasa je sebab tak ada stok beras basmathi. Sukatan air untuk beras saya kurangkan sikit dari sukatan biasa sebab nanti air akan keluar dari ayam.

Setelah siap boleh tabur bawang goreng , cashew nut dan sewaktu dengannya.

Nasi beriani simple dengan air asam

Macam tak kena je kan makan dengan air asam tapi hubbyku suka. Maka setiap kali buat nasi beriani ni mmg wajib buat air asam

Kalau tak nak pedas (untuk makan dengan kids) tak payah letak cili hijau. Aqil so far ok je dengan tahap kepedasan "rempah" nasi ini. Bertambah-tambah kalau makan. Lagi satu saya notice nasi ni lebih sedap kalau dibiarkan dalam sejam sebelum makan (biar periuk mode keep warm je) dari terus makan selepas masak. Mungkin bila dibiarkan rempah lebih meresap ke dalam nasi dan ayam.

* pernah jugak cuba gantikan ayam dengan udang (yang saiz besar). Sedap! (walaupun saya cuma makan nasi dan tak makan udangnya sbb saya mmg tak makan udang)
